Roles and Responsibilities
The Housing department of the Lytton First Nation is responsible for the following services:
- Housing construction
- Renovations funding and management
- Administer mortgage payments
- Identify new building sites
- Ensuring that all housing units under the responsibility of the Housing Department are adequately insured
- Administer requests for repairs and maintenance
- Financial management including construction budget monitoring and rent collection
