The Community Elder Support Worker mentors and supports Income Assistance (IA) incentive activities and participants in the Pathways to Employment program in LFN’s Social Development department. Supporting participants in developing life skills, work readiness, confidence, and health work habits through cultural guidance, encouragement, and leadership.
This role will help participants build routine, communication skills, accountability, confidence, teamwork, and positive community involvement while supporting in a culturally respectful environment.

Reporting to the Health Manager, this position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of health services.

LFN is seeking (2) Sawmill Operations Labourer's to work on our Sawmill operations project under the ASETS Targeted Wage Subsidy (TWS) program for the Economic Development Department. Working in various locations including the sawmill site, Lot 47, and other sites that may be determined. Reporting to the Economic Development and Implementation Managers, the laborers will work safely and productive Sawmill operations in our Added Value wood Products, Firewood Bundles/Kindling, Rough-cut Lumber and Composting projects.
The Assistant Field Inspector will support the Primary Field Inspector by assisting with field reviews, report preparation, and other routine inspection-related duties. Reporting to the Finance Manager of LFN, this role helps ensure accurate financial processes, timely payments, and well-maintained financial records.

The Membership Registry Manager is responsible for the effective administration of LFN’s Registry Membership Program.

The Lands Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the implementation and community understanding of LFN’s Land Code and lands governance processes.
Reporting to the Lands Director, this position is responsible for community engagement, communications, public notices, and outreach activities related to Land Code governance, land use planning, and lands administration. The role acts as a link between the Lands & Natural Resources Department, leadership, development proponents, external partners, and LFN community members.
This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative approach to engagement.
The Child & Family Advocate plays a vital role in supporting Indigenous children, youth, and families who are involved in child in-care, legal, education, and social service systems. Acting as a representative of LFN, the Advocate provides culturally informed advocacy, helps families understand their rights and options, and supports the development of wellness and reunification plans rooted in community values and cultural strengths.
This position works closely with families, Elders, Knowledge Carriers, service providers, and external agencies to ensure that decisions prioritize cultural connection, safety, and holistic well‑being. The Advocate may attend meetings, case conferences, and court hearings at the request of families and provides referrals, navigation support, and community education.
The Economic Development Director provides leadership and oversight for all economic development initiatives within LFN. Reporting to the Administrator, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating economic development strategies, partnerships, and projects. The Director also leads a team-oriented work environment, supporting staff supervision, recruitment, and training.
This position plays a key role in building relationships with industry, government partners, and internal departments, while ensuring that all initiatives align with LFN policies, governance direction, and reporting requirements.

The Health Care Aide provides compassionate, culturally respectful personal care and support services to community members. This role supports individuals to remain safe in their homes while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. The Health Care Aide works closely with the Home and Community Health team to deliver client-centered care that reflects community values and traditions.
Lytton First Nation (LFN) is currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator who will act on behalf of LFN, the Prime Contractor to coordinate, monitor, and support site-wide Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities, ensuring compliance with the Workers Compensation Act and OHS Regulations. This role is responsible for facilitating communication between contractors, identifying and managing hazards, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting a safe working environment for all workers and visitors to the site. The position is site-based and will work closely with LFN representatives, contractors, inspectors, and consultants. This is a full-time contract position based in Lytton, British Columbia, requiring 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. The anticipated duration of the role is approximately 200 weeks or until project completion.
